Our Staff
Cassie Lynch, Executive Director
Cassie first came to Positive Parenting, Inc. in early 1997 as a
member of our Board of Directors - before the year was out she was
hired to lead our organization.  Her passion regarding abused
children began over 25 years ago after she and a loved one
experienced abuse themselves.  Volunteer work with at-risk youth
and majoring in criminal justice and psychology in college intensified
her need to protect the innocent.  "It truly should not hurt to be a
child", states Cassie.  "I'm very blessed to be given the opportunity to
do all that I can to prevent the trauma of abuse from happening to
children."
Darla Dolecheck, Program Specialist
Darla began with Positive Parenting, Inc. in 2007.  She has been
working with young children for most of her life in churches, providing
child care, in after school programs and working with toddlers as an
early childhood teacher.    "I believe that we have an incredible
opportunity to have a lasting impact on today's youth through our
programming", relays Darla.  "We can especially have a positive
impact by giving children the information they need to protect
themselves and I am happy to be a part of this team."
Evelyn Conrad, Program Specialist
Evelyn joined our organization in 2007.  She has 5 children of her own
and knows how hard it is to raise children.  She is an advocate of the
Love and Logic(R) Parenting Program and Parents As Teachers(R).
She would like every parent to have the opportunity to reap the
benefits these programs have to offer.  Evelyn states "My Social Work
experiences in foster care, a Battered Women's Shelter, and in
schools gives me my passion for prevention.  It is a privilege to be able
to provide exceptional programs that give people tools to create
healthy and happy relationships with children".
Shelly Hornaday, Program Specialist
Shelly started at Positive Parenting, Inc. in 2007.  Shelly previously
worked with children as a para-educator in an elementary school and
with the Parents As Teachers(R) program.  She finds educating
children and adults about the types of and prevention of abuse very
rewarding.  "Having grown up in an era where talking about abuse
wasn't acceptable, it gives me satisfaction to open the door for
communication - a major step in the prevention of abuse," states
Shelly.
Kelly Fry, CPA
